MPO systems reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement and its policies prospectively at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations, by posting notice of such changes on its websites.

Privacy: MPO Systems is committed to safeguarding the information its members and their customers entrust to it. As a sign of commitment to protect consumer privacy, MPO Systems operates based on the principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

The Personal Information We Collect: MPO Secure Systems may collect personally identifiable information from members and their customers in a variety of ways, including online and offline subscription and order forms, paper or telephone submissions, and other instances where members or their customers are invited to volunteer such information. Additionally, contact information may be collected during any correspondence relating to member support, as well as in connection with products and services offered by MPO Secure Systems or any of it’s members. We collect your name and type, address, phone number, e-mail address, billing information including credit card number and expiration date. Such billing information is retrieved by the corresponding member in order to process the corresponding orders. MPO Secure Systems members are absolutely independent in the handling of their orders, and MPO Secure Systems is only responsible to provide reasonable security procedures to protect information until it is collected by the responsible member party. The addresses are used for member technical support, required notifications, product and policy updates and marketing releases. Under no circumstances will we use this information for anything else not described in this privacy notice. All users may at any time opt-out of our marketing by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of all marketing and membership notices.

Financial Information: Whenever members apply for MPO Secure Systems image proofing and/or product cataloguing services, we require financial information such as a credit card number and billing address before we will process that application. We will not sell, share or rent any financial information collected except as disclosed in this policy or as necessary to fulfil orders.

Protocol (IP) Addresses: IP addresses are collected from all visitors to the MPO system websites and any of the websites under the MPO Secure Systems. IP addresses are used to administer the daily operations of our site, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to help prevent fraud.

Data Integrity: We make diligent efforts to maintain accurate information on our members. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, MPO Secure Systems has put in place the appropriate physical and electronic procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Periodical updates and tests are performed to ensure that our systems are functioning correctly.

Data Security: We have put stringent security procedures in place to protect information collected from our members and their customers. We constantly monitor our systems, which are protected using industry-standard security measures. Secure connections are used to communicate to our system to protect Member financial information as well as the billing information of their customers, as well as encrypting vital information that members input through MPO system websites. However, MPO Secure Systems cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.

Data Access: Members may access their customer’s information by logging into their member account or contacting the customer support department between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Member’s can request changes to their billing and contact information by telephone only by contacting Membership Services.

Cookies: MPO Secure Systems systems uses ÒcookieÓ technology in order to enhance our members and their customers online experience and for authentication purposes, associating them with your personally identifiable information. They are also used for measuring certain traffic patterns, and to preclude you from having to re-enter your user handle or password during multiple visits to the site. Additionally cookies can track the progress in online promotions so you ca receive coupons that may be available to you. Web browsers may be set to disable cookies, but please note that certain MPO services may not function correctly if cookies are not enabled.

Disclosure: Information collected from customers will only be made available to the corresponding member, in order for that member to fulfil orders or to respond to inquiries. MPO Secure Systems may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from customers and members to actual or prospective investors and partners. Should a sale of MPO Secure Systems business ever occur, collected customer information may be transferred along with the sale but the information will be treated in the same manner as this privacy policy.

Revisions or changes: Regardless of later updates or changes to our privacy notice, we will never use the information you submit under our current privacy notice in a new way without first providing you an opportunity to opt-out ot otherwise prevent that use.
